- Wood used: solid French Oak for the treads and handrail and solid Beech for the risers and stringers
- Type of balustrade: wrought iron spindles, a combination of the 'Dieppe' and the 'Nantes' spindle
- Special feature: to create a grand entrance, we added a splay and a proud bottom tread to the start of the staircase
