Smet installed our staircase after a rigorous and creative design process. Not just an 'off the peg' copy of their previous work, but a stair whose style, function and detailing is exactly tailored to our vision for our self build project. Installation worked precisely around our schedules and was very efficient.

Most importantly, the way Smet dealt with minor glitches and snagging was very straightforward. There were no installation issues and the result exceeds our highest expectations and sets the whole tone of our house.
