PROCEDURES
Customer satisfaction is number one on our priority list. We take our time to define our customer's needs. We communicate clearly through drawings, sketches and photos. Exact laser measurements are taken and scale drawings are produced for your approval. All our staircases are uniquely constructed and fully preassembled in our Belgium workshop. The quality is the same as the finest furniture.
They need to be disassembled into large sections and are shipped in a dedicated truck to your premises where they are reassembled and fitted by our teams of trained technicians. This means there is a minimum of inconvenience to you.
Delivery Time
From receipt of your signed order and deposit, delivery term is 6 to maximum 14 weeks depending on the complexity of the staircase.
Terms of Payment
Terms are 30% of the contract price on order, 70% when the products are finished in the workshop, prior to shipment.
